Here's a list of some free online services that help you create audio messages.

#1 The first gadget is a mobile app called SOUNDCLOUD

You can use your Facebook account to sign in. Then, record your audio on the phone, go to the Soundcloud website , sign in and share your audios with the rest of the world.

In just three steps you can create an audio message without an audio software or MP3 player. 
The site offers you three options:

1. Text- to - Speech (TTS) ( the second button on the top menu or T key)

Write a message and a voice will read it for you. You can choose the country and the speaker's sex. 

2. Microphone: use your PC mic to record ( the third button)

3. MP3: upload your audio message MP3 file ( the fourth button)

#2 The next is VOCAROO 

This is a voice recording service which also allows you to upload your own recordings.
